Accelerated learning school excellent and good teaching skills .
Posted by a parent on 5/30/2025I had a great experience at the school. The smaller classrooms are great because the teachers are able to be more one-on-one with students and the principal Mr. Kabler will go out of his way to help you whenever you need and making sure that you graduate.

Posted by a parent on 5/30/2025I will never stop singing this school's praises until the day I die. I came to ALC on the verge of dropping out of high school altogether with a 0.5 GPA. The school was my HAil Mary to see if I could actually accomplish my goals of graduating. When I did in 2016, I did so with a 4.0 GPA.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe pulled our daughter from Great Hearts after she attended the school for almost 3 years as a result of a terrible experience we had with her teacher, other staff and students. I found Desert Cove after researching high and low for good schools in our area. What a night and day experience! We love Desert Cove! My daughter came here in the middle of her 2nd grade year and was placed with an amazing, gifted and kind teacher named Mr. Walker. He is a gem and absolutely amazing. He deserves recognition for his outstanding work as a teacher. The staff at Desert Cove are caring and very kind. There are so many opportunities for family involvement and it shows in the classroom. The teaching staff is amazing. My children (each very different from the others) have always been excited to go to school and learn new things because the teachers capture the kids’ desire to gain knowledge. The campus is new and dynamic- there is a school bus built into the library and the art class room features a glass garage door to open the space.
