What can I say about this school? Not enough. It is beyond fantastic! Teachers are certified and will do anything to make your child succeed. The communicate well with parents. The teachers love teaching. The homework is the perfect amount. You or your child won’t be disappointed

Posted by a parent on 8/6/2025Many parents have pulled their kids out of this school for bullies and of their teachers. This is horrible especially for the teachers! What is the principal doing ? How many more kids will be removed before YOU make a change to your school?!?

We moved her to Heights from a private school that was not meeting our expectations. My youngest is in kindergarten at Heights. The staff, teachers and administration at Heights seem to truly care about and know the students, and my kids have loved all of their teachers. I value the school's emphasis not only on academics, but on social development as well. Heights really does feel like a small and warm community, and the PTO is extremely organized, active, and welcoming. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe pulled our daughter from Great Hearts after she attended the school for almost 3 years as a result of a terrible experience we had with her teacher, other staff and students. I found Desert Cove after researching high and low for good schools in our area. What a night and day experience! We love Desert Cove! My daughter came here in the middle of her 2nd grade year and was placed with an amazing, gifted and kind teacher named Mr. Walker. He is a gem and absolutely amazing. He deserves recognition for his outstanding work as a teacher. The staff at Desert Cove are caring and very kind. Hghly qualified and talented teachers achieve incredible success. The Principal of the school has assembled an excellent team, all school stuff are very responsive.
