Posted by a parent on 3/5/2019Excellent school! This is my 6th year as a parent here, and each year keeps getting better and better. The administration and teachers work so well together to make this a fun and safe place for my (and all) kids. I love the new swings, the security system, science night, watch D.O.G.S., Fall Fest, book fair, and more. This school makes all of these things available for the students and parents, which I am so thankful for. It's always nice when you have time "outside the classroom" to meet and visit with the teachers and other parents. Top notch teachers here too. We have some of the best and are very lucky. PTA is great. Bottom line...very satisfied and will be very sad when my last child has their last year here!!
Posted by a parent on 10/26/2014Great school. My oldest went K - 5 and loved it! My youngest is in 3rd now and has loved every day! Awesome staff that will really push a child academically and still make it fun. Highly recommend.
Posted by a parent on 9/2/2014Crystal Hill is a great school, and my daughter has gone there her 3rd and 4th grade year. She'll be attending 5th grade there as well. My daughter is in TAG (talented and gifted) and she enjoys her school. I like the diversity. They always have different things for the students and things parents can get involved in. She's had some great teachers and the pricipal is really nice as well.
Posted by a parent on 8/6/2014Crystal Hill Elementary is a wonderful school. My child has attended CH since Pre-K. She is entering 4th grade this year. The teachers have always encouraged my daughter to be the best she can be. Her math skills are phenomenal. I can not believe how great her mental math skills are, and how she processes her mathematical thinking. Her reading skills have blossomed over the last year. Her teachers have given her the tools she needs in order to be a successful reader. I look forward to 4th grade year and so does my daughter.

There is a wonderful community atmosphere, and the school truly feels like family. There are so many ways to become involved as a family from the school garden to the many events hosted throughout the year. It truly is an amazing place.Parent Review11mo ago - Jefferson Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIt you go to this school, don't take violin lessons here. The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra provides violin lessons and the teachers there are bad. They don't teach fundamentals of violin playing at all. There aren't any expectations from the teachers. The other teachers at the school are okay, nothing special. The principal doesn't care about anything here.Other Review2y ago - Oak Grove Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is racist, classist, and ableist. There's nothing anyone will do about it. If you just moved here and are wondering about the schools, do whatever you can to get into a different one or homeschool. The teachers are encouraged to bully students who are different from their white suprememacist ideals.Parent Review1y ago - Christ the King School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has closed without notice. The staff were incompetent, inept and the facilities were poor and poorly maintained. The students will be better off in any other area school. They had several health and sanitation related issues and has lost most of the good teachers a few years ago do to politics and policy. Read white, christian, right-wing & privileged, pretending to be Montessori.Parent Review6y ago - Miss Selma's Schools

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is in his 4th year at Miss Selma's. This school is a special place. From the Leadership to the Teachers to the Office Staff this school is a fantastic place for children to learn and grow. Every child is treated with fairness and a commitment to his or her education. Every child is challenged academically but there is a well-round approach to educating each child with opportunities for participation in Art, Music, foreign language, PE - all the things that make for great education. Character building is big part of school and each child is expected to treat their school and each other with respect. I pray every day that my son will be able to finish out his elementary education at Miss Selma's. It is truly a treasure for our state.Parent Review6y ago - The Anthony School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDon’t waste $13k on this school. It is run by unqualified parents who dominate the board and use it as their personal power trip. The head of school doesn’t even have a degree in education - and several other staff have zero education training but are hired because of whom they know (or married) on the board. The middle school offers no electives or extracurricular activities and teachers have clear favorites that are selected for everything. My child’s math scores increased 20 points after transferring to public school and said child finally stopped complaining about going to school.Parent Review1y ago
