Providence Classical School

Kids run wild in the hall. Walk into the classes and sse if you notice any structured learning going on. Chromebooks not being used effectively, kids sitting and rawing in Science classes, etc. Their scores would improve if they went back to the good ol' way of teaching and take the toys out of their hands.

It's been a great two years and I'm satisfied with my child's progress she is reading in kindergarten and it's only been three months

In Alabama, crossing guards should not direct traffic when there are no pedestrians present, as their authority is to create a safe gap for children to cross, not to control traffic flow in the absence of pedestrians. While a crossing guard's directions take precedence over traffic signals when they are present, their role is specific to guiding pedestrians, not acting as law enforcement to direct general traffic. My children graduated from VFCA and now my Grandchildren attend the school. VFCA prepares kids for college but also prepares them to face life after they graduation No school has perfect kids and ours is no exception but what we do have is a staff that helps steer kids to the Lord when they do make mistakes. There are sports for all ages STEM club, Robotics club, and Cyber Technology club. There are Chapel services for all ages (beginning at 4 YO) that teaches the kids to worship and study the Bible. Our theater department is known for the productions they perform, both the Jr. Theater and Master Theater.

My son started attending Covenant Classical Research Park when he was one. We experienced 3 different directors, so I can write an honest review about this school. I was losing faith in the school but they finally got it right by hiring the current Director Paul and the Assistant Ditector Crystal. The current Director and Assistant Director are the kindest individuals and they have completely changed the atmosphere of CCS-RP., are the best!! My son graduated Kindergarten from CCS-RP and we loved his Teacher Ms. TashaBird. My son scored above average on his SAT and he was accepted into the top private school in Huntsville ( my son ranked above average in all areas of his 1st grade evaluations). I highly recommend CCS-RP and I am so thankful they got rid of the bad administration and teachers, because this school is now top notch!

This school is NOT christian, but rather hides behind the term Christian. They have no idea of how to form positive connections and seems to think that they are God's Gift to parents and that parents should be thankful they decided to "accept" their child. Terrible institution with terrible leadership. It's all about the money for sure and a waste of hard earned money at that. Trust me, there are better options. Keep researching. You will find better. I foresee they start to take advantage of the choose act. Why? Enrollment numbers WILL and already have been dwindling. Don't believe it? Just enroll...
