"Not safe to walk at night. There is no parking almost nowhere to park. Too much panhandling. But the food is fantastic. And transit is probly the best in the city."

"while there are dog-friendly apts, they are expensive and often advertise their dog spaces as a tiny patch if fake grass on the rooftop for the dogs to pee/poop. Not very good if you have senior dogs."
