Most students are very respectful to one another, most teachers are respectful towards their students but the teachers can say/do some bullying of their own with how some treat students.Student Review1y ago - North Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter attends this school. They’ve gotten a new principal and some new faces in the office that have made a huge improvement at the school this year. Last year fights were very prevalent, seemed like they occurred daily. This year, they are few and far between. There have been a few new rules that I believe have helped with this. Alot of the teachers are just amazing- welcoming extra help for students when needed at lunch or after school. Some of the teachers are really communicative, sending text /or email communication with upcoming test or big assignment due dates to keep parents involved. I would recommend this school!Parent Review1mo ago - Jackson Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent, my experience with Jackson Elementary School has been exceptionally positive. From the moment my son entered the school, he was greeted with a warm and nurturing environment. The teachers and staff are dedicated and go above and beyond to ensure the success and well-being of every student. The curriculum is well-designed, offering a diverse range of subjects and extracurricular activities. The sense of community at Jackson Elementary School is strong, and I am impressed by the involvement of parents and the inclusive atmosphere. I made the right choice by enrolling my son in Jackson Elementary School.Parent Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 3209 Oakes Ave.

"A lot of transients in the area. Therefore there is a lot of garbage and broken glass around. Probably due to the jail being located in the middle of town and many shelters and such in the area. Also, the town seems to lack adequate lighting in the neighborhoods. "

"The neighborhood is quite with easy access to I-5 from 41st st. Located parallel to Broadway and Colby this street runs from the Everett Stadium, home of the Auquasox baseball, and the Court house on the North end. The Comcast Arena is within walking distance as well as the downtown area which has been revitalized in the past few years. The Everett Clinic as well as many professional business' are all withing walking distance. Many at the Clinic and Courthouse use Rockefeller to walk during lunches and Kiwanis Park is a good spot for a sit down lunch. Local food is varied and there are lots of ethnic choices including Thai, Mexican, Italian, Irish, Chinese and American fair. "
