The front desk lady needs to be fired and a new lady brought in to be respectful and kind about outsiders. "Less than a mile to work, only a few minutes to downtown. I wouldn’t walk though, you have to go past the homeless shelters to get to downtown "

"The Columbia neighborhood is a community of families and neighbors who help each other. People are so friendly that they stop when on a walk to say hello. Squalicum park is within walking distance and perfect for families and dog lovers "

"I've lived in the Columbia neighborhood for years. When I first moved here neighbors would stop as they were walking by or pull their car over to introduce themselves and welcome us to the neighborhood. Even now when we are out in front of our house neighbors still stop to say hello. Very kind friendly people live in the Columbia neighborhood. "

"Block parties, neighborhood information updates emails a couple of times a week, great park for families and fenced dog park, friendly neighbors that we get by first name, conveniently located to downtown and airport. "

"I have lived in the Columbia neighborhood for 3 years. I've gotten to know she'll neighbors by first name. People actually pulled their car over to say welcome to the neighborhood. Parks, shopping and restaurants all close by. Columbia neighborhood is a dream community. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood over 20 years in two different homes. Some of my favorite things about Columbia are the summer concerts in Elizabeth Park, the fantastic elementary school, and the four parks in the neighborhood. Great and friendly neighbors too."
