"This is a very good neighborhood. Safe, well kept houses and yards. Neighbors look out while you are gone. Lots of people walking and super close to a great park for families. "

"Less than a mile to work, only a few minutes to downtown. I wouldn’t walk though, you have to go past the homeless shelters to get to downtown "

"I've lived in the Columbia neighborhood for years. When I first moved here neighbors would stop as they were walking by or pull their car over to introduce themselves and welcome us to the neighborhood. Even now when we are out in front of our house neighbors still stop to say hello. Very kind friendly people live in the Columbia neighborhood. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood over 20 years in two different homes. Some of my favorite things about Columbia are the summer concerts in Elizabeth Park, the fantastic elementary school, and the four parks in the neighborhood. Great and friendly neighbors too."

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAt this school, while they focus on S.T.E.M. and are proud of their prestigious “Certificate of S.T.E.M. Education,” is that everything that makes a school great? No. No, and that applies to everything in life. Everything that qualifies on the concept of ‘good’ doesn’t just result because of one exceptional variable, but because all variables are the same — they’re all equal to ‘great.’ So while they primarily focus on S.T.E.M. and other important classes, does that mean that they’re hands down the best private school in Whatcom County? It’s hard to say. But what I can say wouldn’t make sense, as it cannot be described in words how I feel about this school, as it is all just mere shades of gray. Saddening and poetic in a way. This school shapes people, yes, but there’s deeper layers than to that, like how they execute everything. And how it all plays out in the end. Even though I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this school in general, you can still enroll your child in here if you would take one benefit over the many that they may be missing out on.Other Review1mo ago4 Reviews
