6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ve had two children with learning disabilities attend Corbett. SCUCISD is a great district. We’ve been to a few other being a military family. I don’t think I would have given the full 5 star review from my sons time here, BUT this year with my youngest, the Sped team has blown me away! This has to be one of the best Sped teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with.Parent Review1y ago - Samuel Clemens High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a terrible school and doesn’t care about students at all!! I called last year and left several messages because my daughter was being bullied only to get a call back several weeks later!! If you have a choice Steele would be a better option.Parent Review1y ago - Green Valley Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageToday was a ruff day for us. Our son (Mason) has been going to this school since he was 3 years old. Mason has Autism and due to his needs for advancement, the school district has all agreed Cibolo Valley would have the tools to suit his needs at this time. This by no means is a discredit to Green Valley Elementary. They have done an exceptional job for our son. He has come so far and my wife and I know its because of this school. We will be forever be in their dept. The staff and Teachers nurtured him as their own, doing the best they could with the resources they had. It is a sad day, but the goal is to get him at a point in his abilities to come back here. We thank everyone at Green Valley for everything they did for Mason. We will be forever grateful and hope to come back real soon.Sincerely,Bill MatthewsParent Review5y ago - Elaine S Schlather Intermediate School

"4th of July Parade and Festival of Angels in early December are unique city events that attract many of the city’s residents. Schertz is more than just a safe community with convenient access to everything; it still feels like a small town here in most parts, though rapidly advancing development along FM3009 and points East is leading to big city headaches like traffic congestion, especially at drive times"
- Teresa B.

"We’ve lived in Schertz for 10 years and it’s both diverse and cohesive. There are many military families that retire to this community. Jonas Woods is a great neighborhood. "

"It’s friendly and lots of military and policemen live here. Yards are maintained and it’s generally quiet."

"I always see people walking/running with their dogs and the dogs are so friendly and always seem to have a blast. The dogs are always on a leash and there are water fountains for people and dogs that are working and always seem to be in a good clean condition. "

"Close to 35 and easy to get around as long as 3009 isn’t congested. Traffic can be bad in the mornings but once you get to 35 it doesn’t take long."

"It’s a bit of a drive but I genuinely like Schertz-Cibolo area. Traffic on 35 is horrible at almost anytime of the day, I do wish TXDOT had a game plan that would be sooner vs later. "

"Car is the main source of transportation or you gotta carpool via park ’n ride. Bus has not quite making its way here yet. Motorcycles and cycles are not as popular but they are around. The rush hours require extra half an hour or more. Compare to ten years ago, the automobile volume has increased tremendously. The housing and developments are popping up in drove. This area and surrounding are growing fast but it still has its suburbia charm. Outside of rush hours, traffic is still pretty nice. Most conveniences are nearby so commute is not lengthy."
