"this is a nice neighborhood, very well kept, everyone is so friendly. lots of Christmas sprit, thy also have parades, and a nice golf course. not to close to a grocery store, I can not walk it. to far. need a car.enjoy the squirrel , very pet friendly. "

"Live here and so do a few Missouri City Police, the area is great and we do not put up with noise of cars or barking dogs. If you are loud do not come here or you have barking dogs go away. This is a peaceful place, so if you like loud music and barking dogs be prepaired to pay the fine"

"Quail Valley is a beautiful golf course community in Missouri City. It is well maintained and offers a quick commute to just about anywhere you want to go with lots of great shopping and places to eat, etc. Great schools and fantastic neighbors make is a safe and wonderful place to live."

"I have lived in QV for 5 years, I got into a great home and have recently purchased my second house in the neighborhood. A new Pro Golf Club and Community Center is being built in the neighborhood that has residents, sellers, and buyers all excited.
