7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI came to this school thinking my child would have a great experience and boy was I wrong! The teachers hardly reach out. If I try to reach out to any staff or administration they NEVER return my call. My child played football for 7 years before coming here. Once at this school, he never got to play in a game again because the coaches only played the kids they coached when they worked at the middle school with and guess what? The team never won anyway! And it wasn’t just like that with football. Other parents that had moved in from out of state talked to me about it with other sports. Its an ongoing concern. As for special ed, myself and other parents have had problems with 504’s being followed and adhered to. My child definitely isn’t happy at this school.Parent Review4mo ago - Lubbock-Cooper North Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe left North for a time for another Cooper school, but coming back was the best decision we could have made. North is home to us. The school is filled with staff, teachers, and principals who are the best of the best.Parent Review3y ago - Lubbock-Cooper Bush Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn my opinion, it’s good. They have many electives such as band, choir, theatre/musical threatre, etc. in 7 and 8 grade, they are able to in play football games if they are in athletics. There are many other sports such as tennis, golf, and track. Smaller electives include art, digital art, etc. 6th graders are required to have keyboarding and health. "Lubbock is a large small city. On this W side of Lubbock, crime is low, close to interstate, a mall within 1/2 mile, another within 3 miles, great restaurants, parks galore. This particular neighborhood is private, with our own clubhouse, 2 pools, great neighbors, great schools, A truly family friendly, safe neighborhood. Most homes in this area are approximately 2500 to 5400 square feet. "
