My son loves attending Water's! The staff is wonderful and get to know the children that attend as well as the parents! When purchasing a home, the school district we were in was one our main focuses and we are so happy about where we have ended up!

I love Roy Roberts, it is a amazing school, my son started Kindergarten and I am so happy that he is going to this school, love Mrs Calhoun.

I was a student here for 11 years. Most of my life (I'm now 20). I was bullied by virtually my entire grade and teachers and despite letting admin know, nothing was done. When my parents alerted the school of an event that occured at home relating to expirences at school, they were told I (13 year-old) was lying. I will try to focus on the "important" things in this review. This school prides itself on academics, yet is years behind public School. I had straight A's my entire life, when I moved to public school in 9th grade my grades dropped to loses and even a couple f's. I also did not learn much about how a Christian should live, as I was being taught how to be kind from the least kind people I knew at the time. Also, neat little sidebar, we got taught how to deny climate change in 7th grade and why scientists are after Christianity. Regardless of your personal beliefs, I don't think kids should be taught apologetics when they are literally just starting puberty. Also, your kid will not learn great social skills. I have an extremely hard time communicating with other adults. I think that is in large part due to the fact I did not have to make new friends from first grade onwards because I already knew everyone in my grade. You may be reading this thinking "well I wouldn't WANT my kid to communicate with non-believers" but I even have a hard time socializing with other Christians. Think of it like how in extremely remote places the people there often have a specific dialect that is virtually unintelligible from anyone outside the community. In my experience southcrest creates a very similar affect. If I had to pick one thing from the school that I think is proficient, I would say they're reading and writing program is pretty good. Other than that I have no kind words for this school.

First off The one and only elementary teacher for our Grandson is awesome. The school it self, the ADMINISTRATION, THE PRINCIPAL, THE NURSE, ARE HORRIBLE. They say they can accommodate, they say they watch over the kids, they say they protect the kids but apparently it's not their protocol to call the parents when the child gets hurt, falls off the playground equipment, or comes home with a bruise on his back. Then when you talk with the SA principal she tells me it's my fault for not taking him to the hospital when I pick him up at 330. Knowing he got hurt at like 945 am.Again not their protocol to call the parents, those were HER words to me. Yet when the main office tells my wife it is, and that they will call us back to let us know, NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We didn't even get an apology for what had happen to our grandson. If we did and the SA principal was gone we would possibly leave our grandson at this school because he really likes all his new friends.

I absolutely love this school. My kids have had such a great experience at Lubbock-Cooper Central Elementary. The teachers are caring, supportive, and truly invested in helping each student succeed. I’ve seen so much growth in my kids both academically and personally.What really stands out is how many opportunities the school provides. The library program is fantastic and has helped my kids develop a strong love for reading. They also really enjoy being part of the chess club and UIL activities, which challenge them and build their confidence.Overall, the environment is positive, engaging, and very supportive. I’m grateful for everything the staff does for the students. Highly recommend this school to any parent!

My daughter has had an amazing time at Miller. The leadership and teachers are amazing. We’re so happy to be able to send her to such an amazing school.
