5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe staff are extremely ill equipped, from the counselor to the principal. They don't communicate and they don't know their own policies beyond the attendance policy which is the only one they care about enforcing. "Every couple months a crew comes and tears up the intersection at one end of my block for a few months. Eventually they fix it, but a couple months later they come back. This has been happening for two years now. "

"It’s central to everything. Seven minutes to downtown Dallas, 3 to 5 minutes to lower Greenville five minutes to central expressway and the highways. It’s pretty ideal."

"If you don’t like walking your dog on a leash to you’ll fit right in around here. It’s not great because people like hauling it down side streets to avoid the constant construction that slows down the larger streets around here. But at least if your dog gets hit by a car it will probably die quickly thanks to the speed that people are driving. "

"There is a great walking trail in the neighborhood and a park. I’ve heard the elementary school is very good. It’s nice to see a lot of parents walking their kids to school. "

"You will 70% step on poop. Living in an apartment complex, there are plenty of owners who will allow their dog to defecate, pee and throw up in elevators and stairs. Irresponsible owners and sometimes untamed/unsocialized dogs. I would beware of coyotes and keep an eye out for scraps left by homeless people near the transit. "
