5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe’ve been part of this school for four years now. My son takes part in Speech and I’m very familiar with their services. They’ve worked hard to elevate his speech. The parents are involved and there is a concerted effort to do the best for the kids as we’re able. It’s truly a great communityParent Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 5570 N 40th Pl.

"Every couple months a crew comes and tears up the intersection at one end of my block for a few months. Eventually they fix it, but a couple months later they come back. This has been happening for two years now. "

"It’s central to everything. Seven minutes to downtown Dallas, 3 to 5 minutes to lower Greenville five minutes to central expressway and the highways. It’s pretty ideal."

"If you don’t like walking your dog on a leash to you’ll fit right in around here. It’s not great because people like hauling it down side streets to avoid the constant construction that slows down the larger streets around here. But at least if your dog gets hit by a car it will probably die quickly thanks to the speed that people are driving. "
- Neomi Balderas

"You will 70% step on poop. Living in an apartment complex, there are plenty of owners who will allow their dog to defecate, pee and throw up in elevators and stairs. Irresponsible owners and sometimes untamed/unsocialized dogs. I would beware of coyotes and keep an eye out for scraps left by homeless people near the transit. "
