"You can tell that the Realtors are fixing these homes up for the presentation and show. these homes are in there 20's and most home were never properly maintained and the owners never took any pride in there homes. but now slowly the market is crippy. unpredictable. "

"very close to downtown. also very close to "government housing." neighborhood itself is alright. diverse. homeless population will go through trash in the middle of the night (or anything of value left outside). neighbors keep to themselves. plenty of dog owners. a lot of feral cats roaming neighborhood"
