"This area is a safe, calm area with plenty of friendly faces. The children are respectful and everyone stops to say hello to each other. There is a lot of restaurants and shops a short 2 to 3 minute drive away in downtown Beaufort at the waterfront. It is located in a prime school district and nestled directly between the Marine Corps Air station, the Naval Hospital and Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island and is within 15 minute drive of all three. "
