"Close proximity to all military bases. Not far from major shopping and eating (2 miles). Easy and quick access to Broad River, which leads out to Bluffton and Hilton Head Island. Perfect location to be central to everything!"

"busy road on other side of trees, stray cats wonder premises. many residents work military or are retired this said there are always kids to be seen visiting on the weekends. also many residents have dogs as well all that I have met are very friendly and love to be pet."

"Mint Farm is an amazing Community. The large estate size lots offer so much room and the parks connect to 3 beautiful waterfront parks to enjoy the outdoor living and fitness. Shopping is only 2 mins away, the military bases are 5 and the community enjoyment is the best in the region. Mint farm is a must see"
