2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter is a kindergartner at Patterson . Last week someone posed as her grandfather trying to pick her up . Although they didn't allow her to go with the person , I WAS NOT NOTIFIED !!! My child's daycare told me about the situation since they're the ones that pick her up from school ! The following day I went to the office for information and the lady BARBERA as well as The principle basically said they couldn't do anything ! She couldn't remember not one little detail about the person that allegedly claimed they were her grandfather, not what they looked like , the name on their id since she claimed they have her The id to look at NOTHING ! They simply shrugged they're shoulders at me as if I was overreacting ! This was an attempted abduction !! I am currently seeking higher authorities because I WILL NOT LET THIS GO !! 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is so weird and the kids here are very rude. In my last year here there were fights almost EVERY day which prevented us for having an average learning experience. The kids are disrespectful, teachers are lazy with their jobs, and if you present a solution it most likely will get ignored. It is so loud in this school and it is hardly ever quiet. There is more bad than good that goes on here. I hated it, and it was the worst years of my school-life.Other Review4mo ago

"Keep your children in the house at all times, walk them to school or to the bus stop. Just be extremely safe this neighborhood is BAD. A lot of fights and gun violence."

"I've lived here for 9+years, never a problem with neighbors, there was someone breaking cars windows and stealing out the cars, but that was about 7yrs. ago, There hadn't been a problem since. the neighbors are friendly, we try to keep the block clean"
