6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am so disappointed because the principle and teachers don't know what they are doing there. School's calendar, the school's sign and the teacher told the students that Conferences are on October 13&14 and they actually on October 12& 13. So, we came on the 14th, no one there, all doors were locked, no one answer the phone either. There were many other parents and students there also. They are wasting our time and keep in mind, parents are working too. We took off work and they weren't there. I wonder what are they doing at school? They don't even know their schedules. They don't send out any letters?Parent Review1y ago - Gilbert Park Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son had been going there for 2 years now and we just love both of his teachers! His kindergarten teacher mrs Davis was amazing! She is loved by all and I feel like my son did really well in her class- he was constantly bringing home lots of work that they had been doing in class so I could clearly see what he's been learning! She so sweet she even made a class slideshow at the end of the year for kids to remember their first year and their friends! We also really like 1st grade teacher mrs flagel, she's so patient with him (he's got lot of energy and needs reminder lol) We love the ladies that are out front every morning greeting kids in the driveway very friendly faces...Had a few issues with office communication but nothing hat didn't get worked overall I think it's good school and they genuinely seem to care for students and kids seem to like all the teachers even ones they are not in their class!Parent Review8y ago - David Douglas High School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDavid Douglas’ current student here, I would not recommend anyone to this school. Racism, hatred, vaping,… are increase year by year in this school, and the school staff or teacher, even principal show no signs of being concerned about the matter. They just talked about it in Advisory and didn't care about this issue after that. The lunch food is disgusting. My parents even discuss about some problem to the school's survey but did not receive any response. They don't care about any complaints from parents. And don't expect to receive any useful support because they only give superficial help and hope you won't bother them too much.Student Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 7945 SE 104th Ave.
