Windows face N and W , lots of ambient (indirect) natural light, makes it cooler on hot summer days.
Shared laundry with owner (who lives in other unit of duplex above this unit), laundry in separate locked room, directly connected to apt.

No stairs, all on ground level.
Beautiful sturdy mature shade tree very close.

The house is a top/bottom duplex. Owner currently lives in upstairs unit.

The landlord has allergies to dogs and would like to ask those who are inquiring to consider this.
If you have an ESA dog I require an ESA letter from a licensed physician or mental health professional stating the need and type of animal before you apply. I'm sorry to say that previous tenants have abused this legal right, and I'll need that verification prior to admitting an animal.
Since this is a single occupancy only apt, a single (one only) ESA animal would be the maximum once the correct documentation has been provided.

    "We've lived here close to 5 years and have seen continuous improvements in the neighborhood. Recent infrastructure updates include multiple street repavings and a community garden. Established businesses thrive and new ones keep opening; a great beer tasting venue, a couple of restaurants and many others. There are a couple of dance studios and a classic theater is currently being refurbished for a new opening. And of course the Foster Streetscape Plan is moving forward, now with increased funding, to City Council final approval. "Up and coming" couldn't be more true for FoPo than it is today."
