"neighbors are generally unfriendly/unwelcoming if you are not from the area. we have had a few incidents where we tried to be neighborly and do things like let a neighbor know they left a patio door open or deliver a package in pouring rain that had been incorrectly delivered to our house and they wouldn't answer the door and we could see they were home. we even wrapped the package in trash bags to prevent it from getting more wet."

"Think of the perfect Margarita! 2 parts Patron, 1 part Gran Gala, on the rocks with salt and fresh lime juice and a twist! That's is it! If you love to entertain, this neighborhood is perfect! Tranquil, friendly neighbors, Kids everywhere. Even the occasional Grand parents. Move here and you will have a direct connection back into Manhattan and a Home that just says"Relax" "
