4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe food is awful. And we don't have a kitchen. I come home STARVING everyday because of lack of food. The teachers are alright but the kids don't even got passes, still walking around! And recently I been getting new bus drivers everyday. Most of them miss my stop. I end up walking a few miles to get to my house because of this. Too much drama. Not enough restrictions. Not enough security. Too many fights go on as well. Kids can skip class easily. And the teachers barely stop. The juice/drinks at lunch are odd (the name is literally called "Totally juice") The sandwiches are questionable. And I've got BLOCKS of cheese on my sandwich. When I try to remove, the whole sandwich is stuck on the cheese. Fix this. There isn't enough snacks to have with my lunch either. On Monday, they have questionable " hot" foods. The new security guard they had a few days ago was SO disrespectful and made a girl take off her hijab. The same said security guard went into bathrooms PATTING down the kids. And where is the other security guards when fights happen? Sometimes the restrictions are too much as well. This needs to be fixed.Student Review1y ago - Spring Valley High School

"very diverse and it's near everything. It's near public transportation. you don't need a car to get around. The neighborhood is quiet. There are many buses that takes you to Manhattan. you have the train that take you to New Jersey. It's a nice place to raise a family. "

"I lived in this area for 10 years people are friendly, it's quiet and comfortable. people are honest a friend of mine lost her wallet the police station called her house and said somone gave her wallet there ,when she recovered it the wallet was still intact and correct amount money was still there"

"I live here. Honestly anyone with kids that aren't going to private school should stray away from the area. Schools are terrible going through some things, overall everyone in the neighborhood knows everyone. Great cat&dog friendly almost everyone has a dog and even the dogs socialize. "
