"I've lived here full time for 6 years. This predominantly a second home recreation getaway community. Lots of outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing hunting, skiing cross country or the nearby slopes in winter. There is a vibrant arts community, summer music festivals and local farm to table restaurants. I enjoy the peacefulness and natural beauty of Shandaken. "
