Rarely available. Own a magnificent apartment in one of the most celebrated buildings of the area. With all windows facing east, the unit is always flooded with light.

The open views extend to the East River and the newly built Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park. All rooms feature 10.5 ft. ceilings and the hardwood fishbone floors create a warm, welcoming feeling throughout the apartment. An extensive renovation was done recently in order to soundproof most of the apartment for complete privacy.

The spacious living room accommodates a comfortable dining area and the two large bedrooms are equipped with an abundance of closet space.

The en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity and separate tub and shower. Both bathrooms are adorned with marble finishes. Next to the second bathroom, a closet door conceals the stacked washer-dryer unit. The open kitchen, designed with a countertop for casual meals, is equipped with top of the line appliances and cherry wood cabinetry.
All environments offer independent climate control. Elegant finishes such as crown moldings and marble sills further embellish this exquisite apartment.

The Beekman Regent encompasses all comforts and amenities of a modern building (gym, valet, cold storage, live-in super) within the elegance of a classically defined building. From its marbled lobby to the mahogany guest library, the interiors match the landmarked facade dating to 1893. Designed by Costas Kondylis, it features only 64 units, providing an additional level of privacy.

"Across the street from Tudor City Park and UN. Near Grand Central Station, Bryant Park and Times Square. Near NYU and Bellevue hospitals. Near AMC Lowes movie theatre. Quietest place in Manhattan. Safe too with lots of police patrols. Dog friendly. Be in the heart of everything and in walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Supermarkets here aren't that great though and they are expensive. "
