3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI've seen parents belittled over questions about the curriculum and concerns about how conflicts between students are resolved. They will send both aggressor and defender to counselor to "resolve" issues. Causing the student that is asking for help to be treated the same as the other. I believe this encourages the children NOT to ask for mediation when needed from the teacher because they too will have to miss out on whatever is going on, as well as having to be near the person that they are having issues with even more. There are numerous examples of favoritism and inequality of how students are treated and graded. The family engagement is lacking and communication from Teachers is almost no existant. The school has very lax rules when it comes to safety and bullying. The redirection program does not work. "This is a magical area. It’s close to the city for easy access to everything I need. It’s close to the river and nature trails - which are lightly travelled and beautiful. The residents are invested in their property, but friendly, not bossy. I’ve lived in many neighborhoods in this area, but this is by far the best. "

"I lived in Albuquerque for most of my life, and didn't fall in love with it until living in the North Valley area. It's like having a bit of open space and rural living...in the middle of the city. Dirt and paved trails, restaurants, wineries, cultural and nature centers, local shops and inns surrounding the area...all with the typical city amenities just minutes away. "
