Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
"Beautifully maintained" - This wonderful Colonial was totally rehabbed in 2006. It was updated with new roof, new windows, new electric, new kitchen, new bathrooms, central air and forced air gas heat. There is a formal dining room with wainscoting. There is a large great room that comes complete with a fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has upgraded cabinets, great counter space and appliance package. It was originally a three bedroom home which the owner converted to a two bedroom to create a large master. There is a functional office / den on the third floor. All the bathrooms have been remodeled and feature upgraded fixtures, ceramic tile and beautiful cabinets. The large basement has plenty of storage including a concrete crawl space. It has a French drain and is 100% dry. The outside comes complete with a stamped concrete patio, fenced yard and private back yard backing to an elementary school basketball court (not used after school hours and weekends). The driveway easily parks 3 cars, and the exterior stucco around the basement was completely redone in 2009 and is in great condition.

We love Zeppoli, Hearthside, Porch & Proper, Bistro Di Marino, Primos, Kitchen Consigliere, Arctic Freeze, Constellation Collective, SAGAMI, Donkeys Place & Crabs plus. It’s also super convenient to cherry hill mall and wegmans. I can’t wait for the new Costco to open up! The draw for us was walking our dog in Knights Park- it’s like a nature walk every day!"
