I didn't realize how great of a location this was, until I found that I could use back-roads to get to a number of major roads (Eastwood, S. College, Wrightsville Ave, Market), Avoiding traffic is a big deal to me. Also, the convenience of having shopping grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, home improvement, and a gym within a short bike-ride make this one of the best situated neighborhoods in Wilmington. I've seen several young families/ young couples move-in recently, and hope that this trend continues- College Acres has always been popular, but I think it's going to be better than ever in the next few years!"
