What Locals Say about Central-Terry
- Krista B.
- Resident
- 1y ago
"The Central-Terry neighborhood does not meld with the Clark neighborhood where you will find historical homes and the community gathering for notable trick or treating during Halloween. The reviews you show for the Central-Terry neighborhoods are misleading. However, this area does provide solid value and consistent marketability. "

"It’s a nice place and the neighbors stay to themselves Other than that it’s an older area close to downtown and access to the other parts of town is good"

"We have hundreds of trick-or-treaters come to our street from all over town for Halloween, and it feels like a good neighborhood from which to walk or ride bikes downtown. My husband and I love our self powered outside commutes"
- Kendallgoodwine

"Farmer’s Markets on Saturday mornings, great restaurants and breweries within walking distance, lovely tree lined streets and well maintained yards."
- Boozone

"Too many dogs left teathered outside unattended. Some sidewalks have overhanging branches/shrubs on sidewalks. Snow is not shoveled from many sidewalks and can make winter walks dangerous."

"My neighborhood is quiet, I work around the City as a Remodel contractor. The Commute is not bad . "
- Ashley s. a.

"The kids that run around leaving graffiti on everything, the glass in the sand by the sidewalks and the junkyard down the street. "
- Amy M.

"Everyone prefers dogs and lots of people have them and walk them. The dogs are not barkers unless someone walks down the alley "

"We have a very observant neighborhood. We watch out for each other and report all suspicious activity. "

"It's easy to get to the west end, downtown or heights from here. Mature trees, lots of kids playing, people jogging, feels like a community."
- Finalstep

"Historic neighborhood with lots of potential. This area seems to have a lot of rentals which makes it hard to build long-term relationships with neighbors."
- Tallguy23

"This area is a great quiet neighborhood. Love the fact I can just walk to Lucky's Market and the other stores."
