Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 30, 2024
Wonderful first home. Lots of space with a modern layout and 8 foot ceiling height in the basement level with a walkout to the large, rear yard. Nice, bright walk-in from the street, this home faces south, letting in lots of sunlight. Wide open layout with Living room, Dining room and Kitchen all combined, with a walkout to a large, covered deck one story up from the yard. Have a look at the photos, then come for a tour and see how well this works. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full baths. Off the hall, the bath has a tub/shower. Off the primary Bedroom, featuring a wall of closet space, there is a second full bath with a shower. The second floor hall also has a pull down stairs to the storage space in the attic. Back to the Basement, with 8' ceiling height, there is a large window on the front, looking south and in the rear, walk out sliders to the fenced rear yard. We also have the great feature of a full bath in the basement and a large closet space with full size washer and dryer. Gas furnace and gas water heater. Central A/C. Lots of pull in parking in front and a gravel alleyway in the rear, plus a wide common area for play. Plenty of space, at an affordable price. Come and tour. You will see this is a good buy.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNorwood Elementary is a hidden gem. The teachers and staff are excellent and dedicated to the students. Principal Mark Taylor and assistant principal Michael Ruppenkamp are doing a great job. My apprehension about the Dundalk area is eradicated due to this outstanding school. My child has completed kindergarten and first grade, and is currently in second grade, and has experienced excellent teachers who are committed to their profession. There are many after school events. Communication with teachers and administration can be done by email and phone, and responses are rapid and respectful. It is 2024 and we are impressed with the exceptional high quality of Norwood in all areas. Norwood Elementary school should be rated a 10 out of 10.Parent Review2mo ago - Check out schools near 11 Highshire Ct.

"it's low income housing which I'm moving soon , but it's not unique at all it's the struggle low poverty area they try to maintain it but if u ask me I think everyone here should be directed elsewhere where and be forced to work and be self sufficient the people here are carefree have no real means to do better outside of myself. I do not recommend this area to no one and the violence has escalated "
