"many young families live here, the yards are small and the streets are too busy to be safe for little kids, but it's a very popular area for young families it seems"

"The Bike path is Awesome Whether you want to run or just walk your dog. Tufts University also has an area that many people take their dogs to but the bike path is the best. Many of the local establishments have dog treats as well as water bowls. "

"There's no other neighborhood I'd rather be living in as a childless, working professional in my late 20s. In fact, if I had kids, I would still live here and send them to private school. If I could afford it. Its not crazy college kids, but lots of young, working professionals and a minimum of frat bars. Its fun, pretty safe, and has lots of public transportation. Residents are friendly. Parking sucks, traffic can be frustrating, but overall, its the best neighborhood in the Boston area!"
