My child had constant bullying issues, academic struggles and did not receive proper assistance from his teacher. "I don’t like that at Bay Creek mobile homes dogs do not feel welcomed. Many people here do not like having them here. We have to pay a 200 dollar registration fee. Also have to pay an extra $10 per dog every month. I wish they would change that. "
