Call me direct 646-334-3788, Agents welcome, I will pay 2.5 % buyers agent commission. Will keep on the This building developed by famed architects is what sets it apart from any other building. It’s unique design and Modern Art Deco culture is what makes the Slade the most unique building in the 33401 City Place/Rosemary square zip code. The other side of the street is a 33407 zip code for the famous Northwood, therefore the 12% expected growth in both of those areas will have a tremendous effect on value for the Slade which is smack in the middle. This will be worth $375,000 within 5 years.
Located on the beautiful intercostal this 15 story high rise boasts two modern heated infinity pools on the east and west of the building so you can tan any time of the day.
The pools are located on the fifth floor so when you are in the pool all you see through the glass is the ocean, a large Jacuzzi, 2 Saunas, business center, a full and complete real gym, Social center with a balcony overlooking the Intercoastal with a full kitchen, Television 24Hr Valet, Security, Front Desk, indoor parking, a dog park and within 1/2mile from the famous Worth Avenue and PALM BEACH a large stretch of shoreline ( famous for sunbathing, swimming,) with amazing ocean views and warm water makes this building a hidden gem the Pearl of the Atlantic.

This building just invested in a top Property Manager who behan last week as well as a whole new Board of Directors with big plans in place to take this building to a whole new level. All financials and Reserves are at peak levels. I live permanently in the unit adjacent the unit I have listed. It has been rented and the tenant is leaving March 15 that’s the reason for the sale of the property. Property was appraised by a lender 7 months ago and appraised around $200,000

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am currently a junior at this school. I have received straight A's for the past two years but that cannot make up for the horrible experiences I have had to endure at Palm Beach Lakes High School. I moved to Florida during the global pandemic and was enrolled in my district's school. I was enrolled at Palm Beach Lakes High School during my sophomore year and I was virtual so I didn't have to struggle with the principal or have problems with my teachers. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for my junior year. I have had to deal with a principal that believes that by yelling and punishing he can get his point across. Additionally, he does not care to listen to the students' perspectives and only handles out ISS (In-School Suspension) or Suspensions. Every morning he takes 15 minutes to give announcements about the same thing over. Additionally, he likes to call his students "fools." I have witnessed upfront how the teachers and staff truly fear him because they cannot afford to lose their job during this economic crisis. I'm not asking for the school to be closed down, but I just want a change in leadership, a principal who truly cares about his students and not his reputation and paycheck.Student Review2y ago - Pleasant City Elementary School

There are events for every lifestyle wanted and against what people may think - West Palm Beach is very affordable. There are very pricy, ritzy areas but they don't constitute the entire city. Great place to call home! "
