This area has real neighbors, ones you get to know and share your lives. A lot of Florida is disjointed from neighborhood living - Not West of Trail. The schools are great and its close to town, perfect to walk to the movies, many restaurants and if your a power walker for a workout over the Ringling Bridge and even on to St Armand's and back. "
