4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child does not feel safe in that school and the bullying is uncontrollable and I have witness two fights just outside the school when I walk up to pick up my little one the police officer just walks casually up to the kids who are punching each other. We are talking about CHILDREN pleaseeeee can you imagine this kids in high schools?? Am I supposed to believe that my elementary aged child is going to go to middle school here and be a part of this type of environment??Parent Review11mo ago - Check out schools near 2017 Anderson Pl.

"I only commute by car and it is in winter park. There is a bus stop right on the circle but I don’t see many neighbors utilizing the bus."

"I've lived in Lake Como for ten years, first as a renter & then as a homeowner. I love the friendly neighbors and A+ location. The mid-century architecture's cared for more than ever, and many have undergone professional renovations."

"People are kind and helpful, we are near a great, new middle school. We are within two miles of Thornton Park, Lake Eola, the Milk District and the Hourglass District. We have a FaceBook neighborhood page. It's a great place to be."

"This neighborhood is one of the more desirable in downtown. This is the third neighborhood out from the city Center, following more expensive Thornton Park and Delaney Park. The neighborhood is quiet, the street, lined with oaks and crepe myrtles, with speed humps, and adorable 50s block houses. And its literally minutes from downtown nightlife and restaurants as well as both the west Curry Ford and Colonial business districts. "
