"We have como-ween which is trick or treat around the lake tailgate style, community service clean up, and neighborhood happy hours to meet neighbors etc! "
  • Erin B.
"I only commute by car and it is in winter park. There is a bus stop right on the circle but I don’t see many neighbors utilizing the bus."
  • Andrew S.
"I've lived in Lake Como for ten years, first as a renter & then as a homeowner. I love the friendly neighbors and A+ location. The mid-century architecture's cared for more than ever, and many have undergone professional renovations."
  • Janet O.
"People are kind and helpful, we are near a great, new middle school. We are within two miles of Thornton Park, Lake Eola, the Milk District and the Hourglass District. We have a FaceBook neighborhood page. It's a great place to be."
  • Jgrahamjarrett
"This neighborhood is one of the more desirable in downtown. This is the third neighborhood out from the city Center, following more expensive Thornton Park and Delaney Park. The neighborhood is quiet, the street, lined with oaks and crepe myrtles, with speed humps, and adorable 50s block houses. And its literally minutes from downtown nightlife and restaurants as well as both the west Curry Ford and Colonial business districts. "
