"concerts, farmer markets and Christmas tree selling. the library is a community hub. it's family friendly. everyone knows you and you feel safe. It is also private and the neighbors are always willing to help and pitch in. It's beautiful and quiet. There are birds, deer and other wildlife. "

"I’ve lived in Hamden my entire life. Both sides of Hamden are unique. The South side is houses closer together, more of a neighborhood. The north side is more spread out, less talking with your neighbors."
