8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMost of the teachers and staff there are decent and assist the students. Only issue is the students, and more specifically, how the school deals with them. Large amounts of students struggle with mental health issues and the school falls short in assisting them. These students often resort to drugs and sex and only worsen their condition even before they reach high school. The school is either poorly equipped to deal with these students or lacks the will to do so. I feel it’s imperative for the school to increase its ability to assist students like this who are clearly struggling mentally.On more positive notes the school handles special education quite well and students with learning disabilities are not hugely disadvantaged academically. Teachers are effective and want to help students.The largest issue are these struggling students who resort to very drastic measures, and while I do ultimately recommend the school, its important to be weary of these issues.All of this coming from a previous student.Other Review2y ago - Blue Mountain Elementary School
