"This neighborhood seems so safe for kids, I often see kids riding their bikes on the streets, skating at the park or simply just hanging around. If you are planning to come here, also be ready to start a conversation with people on the streets, everyone is friendly so please don’t feel like they are looking to get to your wallet or something...they are just, you know, nice!
