"My neighborhood is great! It’s really nice to walk to New Belgium brewery, restaurants and shops. You will definitely see someone walking their dog or biking even when is snowing outside or overall cold. "

"This neighborhood seems so safe for kids, I often see kids riding their bikes on the streets, skating at the park or simply just hanging around. If you are planning to come here, also be ready to start a conversation with people on the streets, everyone is friendly so please don’t feel like they are looking to get to your wallet or something...they are just, you know, nice! "
