4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe adults in the building don’t care about the students all they care about is getting paid, if they really cared then maybe the kids there wouldn’t be ditching and not showing up or maybe they wouldn’t have a 3 out of 5 star rating I don’t recommend sending kids here at all no kid that goes to Westminster high school is going to go to college they don’t teach you anything and what they do teach ain’t helpful for the kids GPA’s again I do not recommend sending your kids to this school.Other Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 6975 Mariposa Street Unit A.

What Locals Say about Denver
- Stella Gelesh
- Resident

"It’s a dangerous place. Gunshots, helicopters, SWAT teams, high people in the park, police raids every weekend. "
- Rob Kancilia
- Resident

"My commute to downtown Denver is short and easy. Lowry is very conveniently located to both central Denver and DIA"

"A lot of dog owners and everyone is good at keeping their dog on leash or in their yard. There are cats that live in the neighborhood and none of the dogs have attacked or harmed any of them in the 2 years I’ve been here. "
- Sara Beldt
- Resident

"Easy trails, small creek and lots of green parks with mature trees. Very peaceful yet plenty of young fun families that like to be outdoors. "
- Goombao

"Dog owners are everywhere! Very friendly, most people pick up after their dogs. Very few off leash. "
- Thomas Greene
- Resident
- 4mo ago
"They would like the walkability and the access to all of the different parks and resources. They would also love how dog friendly mostly everywhere is. However, they would not like the amount of dog waste that is left in some places (left unattended, it prevents other dogs from wanting to “go potty” in those areas)"
- Goombao

"Lots of people walking their dogs, everyone is friendly. Nice trails and parks nearby. Forty plus years in this area. "

"I used to love this neighborhood, but it has gone downhill the past couple of years. If I had children, I would not feel comfortable letting them play in the front yard due to cars consistently driving over the speed limit. "
- Trulia User

"Many dogs in the area but plenty of safe areas to walk and parks to visit. Most owners are friendly and respectful. "

"Community events, block parties, volleyball in the park, fishing, Trick or treating around the neighborhood, School events, Neighborhood get togethers."

"the homeless come through often but there are nice playgrounds. it's not a dangerous neighborhood but petty theft is a thing from the homeless."

"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."
