The teachers have been great and thoroughly supportive of the kids through some difficult transitions of Covid. Homework is very manageable and the network of friends and activities our child has been able to have is wonderful.Lots of talk about traffic in getting to school in the morning. The school is in a tricky spot with limited access but I can usually make the drop off within 5-10 mins tops of getting to the access road. "The Zimpher neighborhood in Sebastopol is a great little neighborhood. Mostly single level homes that are nicely spaced and well maintained. This area is super walking friendly and close to the biking/walking trail, stores, parks, schools, restaurants, downtown Sebastopol, the movie theater and more. Great Great Great location which is one of the reasons clients of mine have purchased homes in this neighborhood. "
