I remember the first day of tk orientation the principal gave a talk and stated some specific educational goals for the whole tk class. I don’t remember all of them but one of them was that the students would be able to recite all 50 states. I though, “no way.” Sure enough… at the end of the year my daughter knew them all and could say them all in order. Six years later we still remember “good readers go back a page” and can recognize when “it’s a pattern.”Even though we had to move I continue to donate to the school through my Amazon purchases. It isn't "perfect", but no school is. You can't beat the new and modern facilities and one of the lowest class sizes in the area. "It’s a very nice, well kept area but gas prices are about a dollar more here than anywhere else in the area. It’s also surrounded by businesses so it feels like a very corporate area with not very much to do. The closest Target is about 20 minutes away either north or south. "
