"I just moved to this neighborhood. It's definitely more suburban than what I'm used to. It's fun having tons of wildlife around - deer, foxes, and a family of wild turkeys. Plus there is great access to nature at Redwood Regional Park. There aren't any amenities within walking distance aside from a trailhead."

"Great neighborhood not too far into the hills so convenient for both the parks and Montclair village and easy commute. Also less fog than way up in the hills.More walkable than walkability score would have you believe. Walk to Monclair and Woodminster shops are possible and bus to BART. Good sense of community"
