Balcony has beautiful view of city. Lot size is 8,380 square feet. Recently repiped the entire house and repair sewer drain system. Home if sold will come with a new storage shed and dryer, washer. Also,
what makes this home invaluable is some of the biblical history that has occurred in this residence. This claim has not not been proven but if someone is truly psychic they easily see what history has occurred in this house. The price for this house is reflected in the cost for new pex and coppers pipe for entire residence, as well as the cost to repair sewer drain system; replace, repair drywall. Cost easily exceeded more than $44000. If you buy a cheaper home and the entire house needs to be repipe, drywalls replaced, expect to pay more than $45,000 in cost. The water restoration damage companies fees with also apply when it comes to repiping your house. Recently installed new central A/C and furnace. News ducts and vents. Home is also within 2.5 miles of the newly built Monterey Park market place shopping center. Center has a new Costco with gas station, a newly built Home Depot and in the future a In & Out burger, Starbucks. Home owner has access to association tennis courts and swimming pool. Some neighbors homes on El Camino Drive and Loma road ,have sold for $778,000 and $800,000 or more, respectively. Home has a fairly size backyard, that can entertain kids as a semi playground. the house on sale in .Garage has parking space for at least three vehicles (not oversize vehicles). Home is similar to house located at 1705 El Camino Drive, Montebello, except for my home having some better features inside. Home is also very close to city library and fire department. The living room and dining room windows have Hunter Douglas luminette sheers for blocking out the sun light. Can see city lights at night, as seen in photo's. This home is in a great location. Without traffic, you can drive to Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Costco,99 Cents store within 10 or 15 minutes. In 30 minutes, on the surface street, you can be in the city of Pasadena ,when the traffic is not heavy. The various estimates for homes are not always accurate and buyers should look at how much additional repair cost a home will add to their budget. Buying a home at a lower cost does not mean you saved money. If you have to pay for plumbing, the insurance company will not pay for it and the cost for water damage will not be covered also.(Especially for newly purchased insurance). This home has updated plumbing and a 10 year warranty for repairs. My home price is negotiable and reflects what improvements I have made to this residence. Home sale price is according to what similar model homes in the tract have sold for. Model homes, can be found, close to the association swimming pool and tennis court. Homes with the same model number are built the same. Therefore, my sale price is determined by homes that have the same model numberhave sold for. As the representative for the owner, i will not be selling the house but will have a agent that will be responsible for presenting the residence to potential buyers. Listing price is negotiable and only reasonable offers will be accepted.
