Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from June 14, 2021
Panoramic view home just completed a full renovation. Perched high up on a hilltop, this amazing home is accessed through a quite cul de sac, and has tranquil views of sunset over rolling hills and city lights from several cities. This 4 bed 3 bath house boasts a flowing open floor plan that is light and bright. The kitchen opens to the family room with a wood burning fireplace, from there, a center open 4 panel sliding glass door leads to an oversized travertine patio, the gorgeous backyard, and the views. The eat-in kitchen is well appointed with Calacatta Quartz counter tops on white shaker cabinets and a large farmer sink. 3 luxurious bathrooms were tastefully upgraded, each with its distinct character. All new windows and sliding door are Energy Star certified. The beautiful French Oak style plank flooring is actually waterproof. Recessed LED lights through out the house has 3 colors adjustable settings. Even the Air Conditioner unit is brand new. No HOA dues to pay, but optional Lake Mission Viejo Association membership is available. First floor bedroom currently configured as an office.

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to the area to send our kids to de Portola, and pulled our son out after one year. He is profoundly gifted and, at least in Kindergarten, the school failed to challenge and engage him, which led to a not-so-great experience for our son (who loves learning and other kiddos). We left for a diverse, local public charter school that's been WAY more rigorous and engaging, and know of several other advanced kids that left for the same reasons. Also, as evidenced by the school's overall academic PROGRESS scores, kids are coming in doing well testing-wise, but not making the progress you'd expect, so something for the school to research & address. Other than that, some great teachers here and a great community of families. But not a good fit for highly advanced kids, IMO. The principal was unfortunately very dismissive of our polite requests for working with staff to challenge/ engage our son, which all kids of all abilities deserve.Parent Review5mo ago - La Paz Intermediate School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to La Paz after a difficult two years at a neighboring middle school. La Paz is smaller and had the hometown feel we were seeking. The front office was really helpful when we moved and the Principal was enthusiastic and happy at her job. The PTA is engaged and so far the teachers are great. The one thing I noticed about this school is that the community didn’t have any negative things to say online, so we felt the student body was more well behaved which is huge just being that its middle school.Parent Review8mo ago - Mission Viejo High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFour of our children attended and graduated from Mission Viejo High School. All four had different needs both academically and with extra curricular activities. I can't say enough about how amazing this school is and how well they accommodated each of of children's different needs.Parent Review1y ago - Check out schools near 24191 Torena Cir.
