The moment you enter this single level WestEnd loft you will feel the expanse of open space and know it is special. Natural light flows in from floor to ceiling windows that boast an impressive view of the high rise buildings of the marina. With a large living area open to an additional sitting or work area, as well as the kitchen, there is more than enough space for entertaining. Exposed wooden beams and duct work give a true loft feel, while you can enjoy the best of both worlds with a fully enclosed large bedroom and bathroom. Stainless steel appliances, a Viking hood, Caesarstone counter tops and Italian cabinetry create a well designed, modern kitchen. Multiple deep closets provide an abundance of storage space. Floor plan is arranged for an easy second bedroom addition. The highly esteemed KOR group completed construction at WestEnd and designed the distinctive common areas including whimsical seating areas, one heated spa and one dipping pool, an outdoor BBQ and state of the art gym. One assigned parking space and possible option for an additional space but plenty of guest parking ensures ample space for visitors. Located directly around the corner from the Marina Marketplace, including Gelson's Market, Equinox, Purre Barre, multiple restaurants, movie theaters and so much more. Easy access to the bike path and a walk-score of 89. Less than 2 miles from Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach, the Westside is at your fingertips.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe entered midyear while we are applying to private schools and I must say that this school has us reconsidering as the entire community of admin, the Principal, all teachers here are so incredible. The kids are all so welcoming of one another and the parents show kindness to one another. This is a lovely neighborhood school, not on major streets, they have a free little library in the front and the IB program is what I saw when I was growing up, living on the East Coast. This is a gem of a school under the LAUSD umbrella. I only wish the middle school in our district was as wonderful. It isn't, so this is why we're shopping private.Parent Review1y ago - Venice Senior High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVHS campus is beautiful and the new science, gym, arts building are first class. Students are diverse and seem to get along quite well. Lots of AP classes and programs for students with different interests. And the sports program is amazing…XC, basketball, tennis, football, soccer, baseball. And so many kids are getting into UCLA, Berkeley, UCSD, NYU, etc. VHS is morphing into a powerhouse public school. Best kept secret on the Westside.Parent Review5mo ago - Marina Del Rey Middle School
