"It’s a safe place besides the homeless They are a huge problem from the drug use to the feces it’s kind of rough but overall the neighborhood is nice outside of that"

"Lots of places to go for a walk with your dog. Be sure to check lease agreements and community guidelines. If you're lazy with your dog, this ain't the place for you. "

"the Ocean Park Santa Monica neighborhood is a unique diverse community with in Santa Monica. Restaurant grocery stores and entertainment are all walkable. Beachside restaurants and the ocean for entertainment."

"It’s LOUD and unsafe. Used to be much better- but the area by the Sea Castle apartments/ pier is the worst. Tons of homeless/ junkies... several stabbing recently and vagrants. The beach there isn’t that nice- it’s not worth it. I’m leaving."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years now and it’s always been good here. The rent is going up; and its too much for what one can afford. There has been a few skirmishes with homeless; but in the past 2 years its been managed very well. Neighborhood is always pleasant. "
