9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a current student in LGHS, and I like this school. When it comes to tests/quizes, teachers give us kahoots and quizziz to study. In one of my classes, notes are allowed to be used on the tests. The student council provides help with choosing the right classes, and getting part time jobs. The classrooms look like factories. When I was getting enrolled in this school, I didn't know what electives to choose, it all didn't seem right for me and I wasn't sure if I should try it. But after I saw the school and classrooms, I wanted to try EVERYTHING in there. The lunches are good, there are a lot of choices. Even if I don't like something, I'll still have something to eat. Lunch lines are different from the middle school I was in. In middle school there was 1 lunch line, and here there are 2. Teachers make learning really fun. There is also college and career center. There they tell us about different colleges. The school also gives us good volunteering opportunities. At first I was nervous, because I had never done volunteering, but then I found out that it wasn't so bad, in fact, it was great. There are also tennis courts and a pool. I'm not doing sports, but I know that there are sports teams, and wrestling classes. During PE there was a swimming unit and we were also taught about how to do CPR and Heimlich maneuver. These are some great life skills that will come in handy. I think it's a great school. But my parents complain that there are so many emails coming from LGHS, and it's only from my school. I think that it's more emails than from my siblings' middle and elementary schools together.Student Review3mo ago - Blossom Hill Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe loved our years at Blossom Hill! From kindergarten to fifth grade my kids received a great education. Their teachers cared about them academically as well as socially/emotionally. There were wonderful programs like Project Cornerstone, Mileage Club, pottery, and so much more. I feel like Blossom Hill prepared my kids very well for middle school. We are so glad that we had Blossom Hill as our elementary school.Parent Review1y ago - Raymond J. Fisher Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers can't teach. It's hit or miss. 6th graders should be in elementary school, not middle school. They are not mature enough to handle what goes on there!Parent Review5y ago - Check out schools near 115 Mary Way.

"Beautiful downtown has it all. Shops, restaurants, a restored movie theater plus fantastic views of the hills. If you are prefer the active lifestyle, the downtown straddles the Los Gatos creek trail which runs 10 miles from Lexington Reservoir in the hills all the way past beautiful Vasona Lake Park through Campbell into Willow Glen. That’s in addition to endless hiking and mountain biking trails and a Courtside the nicest gym in the South Bay. With a concert or festival seemingly twice a week there is something for everyone. "
