3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is not a good school! There were fights every day, through out the day. The assistant Principle only cares about your child if he thinks your child is worth something. There’s racism at this school starting with the assistant principal so imagine what he allows. Teachers allowing students to curse, even joining in and cursing with them. No true safety on campus. The principal left and countless of teachers. Nothing at this school shows they care about your child’s mental health, physical health nor education. If you care about your child’s safety and education this is NOT the school to put your child in.Parent Review1y ago - Woodrow Wilson Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagemy two kids attend this school, and seriously, i have not idea why parents are so against this school. my kids are above their average for math and reading. i am really happy with the school, the teachers are so willing to work with the parents involving the education of the kids, the problem is not so much with the school but with the parents who do not put an effort for their children to learn. In all of the parent conferences i have been for about 4 straight years now, it is sad how it shows the lack of interest from the parents for their children''s education. my kids are doing great in school, but parents have to understand that it is not only the teachers' job to educate our children, but it also depends on the paents' interest.Parent Review11y ago - Grand Terrace High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is absolutely horrible. The reason why we are not sending our second child or, our first one went there and was within a few months already getting suspended and bullied, and in with the crowd unfortunately I was doing drugs. We removed her from the environment sent her to JWN she immediately excelled, junior year graduated with a 3.89. Sadly her last year was beginning of Covid, and was not able to triple letter. The students are mean, disruptive and disrespectful. And have no respect for students, or teachers or anything that does not belong to them. The staff is less than desirable. Unfortunately there are so many children with challenges and issues they do not have the ability or staff to manage or assist or educate the kids on how to put others first about themselves. If the schools started teaching about honor and respect first. And not about attendance is your most important thing. They may go a little further.Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 360 W Congress St.

"Lots of cockroaches, big ones too. It’s an old neighborhood. Streets are dirty. Sidewalks not kept up. But the people are nice, especially when they tap into your internet. Yet still, the good people you meet make it worthwhile. I’m towards Grand Terrace area of Colton. I feel safest here. Just make sure you lock your doors as in any neighborhood "

"I see families walking there dogs at night and seem to be comfortable doing so. I have a mixed American Bully/Pit bill that is the best dog I have ever had. He is well behaved and astonishly good with children! He looks mean but quite the opposite. People on the street seem to understand that not all pit bull type doge are vicious."
