Have heard several teachers say “oh well, can’t save them all” The principal seems to be very hands off and uninvolved. My student has reported several times about seeing and smelling drugs on campus. Between drugs and gang fights running ramped there is also a lack of communication with parents. "If you are near MSJ Hospital it is a nice area. There are dirty, lower grade parts up near El Camino Ave on Fair Oaks. After that it is nice again all along California Ave. Big Houses. River Spots. Lots of options for schools and stores. :)"

"There are parks nearby, many with a bathroom of some sort. The schools here are good. There is quick access to grocery stores for the milk you ran out of or something else you need right away. Big club stores aren’t far off either."

"my neighbors are respectful and friendly. grocery stores are reachable and I can walk to the shops. I can walk my dog to the neighborhood and the walkways have enough light. only the road are old and most parts needed to be repair. over all I like this area because of security and closeness to the grocery stores.
